EconomistDieter Helm is an economist specialising in utilities, infrastructure, regulation and the environment, and concentrating on the energy, water, communications and transport sectors primarily in Britain and Europe. He is a Professor at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of New College, Oxford. Dieter holds a number of advisory board appointments in Britain and Europe.

ProfessorWidely regarded as our pre-eminent expert in reproductive medicine, Lord Winston is Professor of Science and Society and Emeritus Professor of Fertility Studies at Imperial College. He runs a gene transplant research programme in the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology, where the team have achieved significant advances, particularly in endocrinology, IVF and genetics.
